This fun St. Patrick’s Day treat is a nutritious copycat version of the indulgent McDonald’s milkshake! Enjoy one for breakfast or a snack this season guilt free!

Shamrock Protein Smoothie Prep Time: 5 Minutes Servings: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Crushed Ice
1 Cup Almond Milk or milk of choice
1 Handful Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
1/8 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract or add more to taste
Pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with any toppings, if desired
